| Do you have what it takes to become a Midwest On-Liner?
The internet has enabled us to communicate much more effecively than ever. E-mail and other web tools have made it possible to get in touch with people almost instantly. Imagine being able to provide services over the internet without the wasted time of commuting to an office or driving to a customer site. The concept certainly made sense to us and we are growing an exciting business based on remote access to customers who agree. Customers love the idea of dealing with people who understand their issues and who can respond quickly with clear communications and quality work, on-time. They realize that talking over the phone and commuicating over the internet to qualified, helpful people gets their issues resolved faster (and cheaper) than hiring staff or paying for on site help. Our business is centered on providing the best online products and services to these customers. The challenge is being able to find the right kind of people to provide these services. The ideal Midwest On-Liner must be technically competent and be able to communicate clearly -- in English. The On-Liner must also exhibit good listening skills to make sure that our customers are understood when expressing requirements or guidelines. Finally, the On-liner must exercise good judgement when working in the on-line environment by managing time effecively and considering customer issues their top priority. It takes a very special person to be able to work off-site where the boss isn't looking over your shoulder every ten minutes. Not everyone can succeed under these conditions. For the right person, a remote structure of work releases the full potential of the motivated individual. Rewards are unlimited. So, do you have what it takes? Write me an email and let me know why you would be a great On-Liner! Kary Ball
